Sharjah 24: Major General Abdullah Mubarak Bin Amer, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, General Command (SPGC) honoured in his office Lieutenant Angham Bin Ghanem, for obtaining a doctorate degree in criminal law from Ain Shams University, in Egypt, and thesis was entitled “Electronic Blackmail Crimes”.
Major General Abdullah Mubarak Bin Amer praised her doctoral thesis, which is in line with the rapid technological development, especially on the topic of electronic blackmail, one of the security challenges in the digital age, noting that her dissertations are a valuable addition that contributes to enhancing legal knowledge within the police and military corps.
First Lieutenant Angham Bin Ghanem expressed her deep thanks and appreciation to Major General Abdullah Mubarak Bin Amer for this distinguished honour, and stressed that this academic achievement could not have been achieved without God Almighty and then the support of SPGC pushing employees towards excellence and creativity.
