Sharjah24: The United Arab Emirates will witness, starting Sunday, and over two consecutive days, the influx of delegations of children from the Arab countries to participate in the proceedings of the fourth session of the third round of the Arab Parliament for the Children (APC) , which is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and followed up by Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the Arab League.
The session will see the participation of 76 children representing 19 Arab countries, who are expected to arrive over two days through Sharjah International Airport and Dubai International Airport. The events will include various workshops and participations organized under the generous patronage of  Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the Arab League.

The General Secretariat of the Arab Parliament for the Child has distributed work teams to receive the delegations and accommodate them in their place of residence in the city of Sharjah, in preparation for the start of the anticipated session.
With the start of the session's proceedings, accompanying workshops and programs will be organized that will run for a week to continue the comprehensive and integrated rehabilitation of the Arab child. These programs will enhance their personal and social skills, and contribute to strengthening their educational and creative abilities.

They will also provide them with opportunities to learn about the cultures of other Arab countries and exchange experiences and knowledge, which will enhance their understanding of cultural diversity and promote a spirit of cooperation and mutual understanding between them.

These programs are expected to play a vital role in building the leaders of the future and motivating childhood to participate effectively in building their communities and contributing to their positive and sustainable development.

In a statement, the Secretary-General of the Arab Parliament for the Child, Ayman Othman Al-Barout, emphasized the importance of this event and what it represents as a platform for exchanging experiences and strengthening the bonds between children in the Arab world, expressing their aspirations for new successes that contribute to enhancing the role of the child in Arab societies.

In addition, the Secretary-General of the Arab Parliament for the Child, Ayman Othman Al-Barout, affirmed that the accompanying workshops and programs to be organized during this week aim to strengthen the concepts of leadership and responsibility among Arab children, by providing an educational and interactive environment that encourages active learning and innovation.

He added that these events represent an ideal opportunity to develop their skills in various fields such as arts, science, and sports, with the aim of motivating them to continue achieving successes and contributing to building a bright future for Arab societies.
