Sharjah24: The Sharjah Police General Command, Sharjah Civil Defence Authority, Planning and Survey Department, and the Economic Development Department collaborated to carry out the inspection campaign in industrial areas, according to Khalifa Bughanim Al Suwaidi, Director of the Inspection and Control Department at Sharjah City Municipality. The goal is to handle undesirable behaviours in accordance with regulations and legislation, as well as to educate employees about the importance of adhering to proper workplace guidelines.
In statements to "Sharjah 24," Al Suwaidi stated that this effort complements earlier initiatives aimed at correcting circumstances when enterprises fail to comply with specific preventive and safety measures. He stated that the campaigns span industrial zones throughout the city, where field teams and inspection patrols monitor company infractions and undertake intense awareness efforts to ensure compliance with legislation governing work practices and appropriate industrial systems.
