Sharjah24: With its strategic location atop a mountain summit and its historical significance spanning over 100 years, Najd Al Meqsar Village has enhanced its presence by hosting the latest hotel facilities in the city of Khorfakkan. Sharjah Investment and Development Authority "Shurooq" announced on Wednesday the opening of the first phase of the development project of Najd Al Meqsar Village, managed by Sharjah Hospitality, a subsidiary of the authority, which includes a hotel complex consisting of 7 luxurious heritage hotel units.
The authority oversees the implementation of an integrated tourism development project in two phases in the village, crowned by a historical fort that is 300 years old, overlooking Wadi Al Shees from an elevation of 220 meters. The hotel rooms draw inspiration from traditional residences nestled amidst nature, with the first phase also including the construction of a panoramic restaurant and a mosque to serve the guests.
