AQU holds graduation ceremony for its 7th batch

The graduation ceremony for the academic year 2023-2024 took place at the University City Theater in Sharjah, in the presence of the Board of Trustees, the University Director, the Vice Presidents, the Deans of Colleges, the academic and administrative staff, as well as invited guests, ambassadors, and accredited consuls in the country.

The celebration began with the UAE national anthem and the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. His Excellency Professor Jamal Al-Tarifi, the President of Al-Qasimi University, delivered a speech expressing his gratitude and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi  Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and the founder of Al-Qasimi University for his continuous and unlimited support to the university.

in his speech, saying: Today is the fruit of diligent efforts and dedication by all members of Al-Qasimia University family, and it is the result of the Sharjah ruler's interest in providing a comprehensive and pioneering educational environment for students studying from various parts of the world.

Al-Tarifi added: "We always strive to achieve academic excellence by adopting the best educational practices and providing the necessary resources for our students, enabling them to achieve their academic and professional aspirations. We also emphasize our commitment to developing their skills significantly, so they become ambassadors for Al-Qasimia University and noble values, and active contributors to building a bright future for their countries and the world as a whole.

His Excellency Dr. Awad Al-Khalf, the Director of Al-Qasimia University, delivered a congratulatory speech to the male and female graduates and their families, extending the highest congratulations and best wishes to the Ruler of Sharjah, and the founder of Al-Qasimia University, on the occasion of the graduation of the seventh batch.

Al-Khalf pointed out that Al-Qasimia University, before reaching its tenth year, managed to establish its position as a prestigious academic institution that combines heritage and modernity, offering distinguished educational programs that serve both the local and international communities and provide a stimulating and supportive educational environment for excellence, guided by moderate Islamic values as its educational foundation.

Dr. Awad Al-Khalf reviewed a number of achievements of the university for the academic year 2023/2024, explaining that the university has achieved many successes in academic, research, and community service fields, in addition to enhancing international partnerships and developing student skills, and continuing its contributions in preparing generations capable of serving their countries and excelling in all positions of responsibility.
