Sharjah Camel Racing and SKC plan for future collaboration

Sharjahm24: Matar Ali bin Huwaiden Al Ketbi, the President of the Sharjah Camel Racing Club, hosted a delegation from the Sharjah Kennel Center at the club’s headquarters. The meeting, attended by Hamad Al Hosani, the Director of the SKC, and Mohammed Al Amiri, focused on collaborating to advance greyhound racing. They discussed utilizing their combined resources to organize races and implement joint programs.
During the visit, they also discussed their future plans for developing the sport of greyhound racing and organizing joint events and races. Bin Huweiden reiterated the club’s unwavering commitment to partnering with the centre in the future, underscoring the sporting capabilities and infrastructure of the club and the Al Dhaid Camel Racing Track. He emphasized the importance of these resources in ensuring the success of various races, events, and tournaments.

Hamad Al Hosani expressed gratitude for the fruitful meeting, emphasizing its positive impact on the development of greyhound racing. He also underlined the mutual desire to extend cooperation with sports clubs, highlighting the significance of Sharjah as a key sporting hub in promoting both camel and greyhound races and organizing tournaments.

Al Hosani commended the Sharjah Camel Racing Club's significant efforts and the remarkable progress made in developing camel racing in Sharjah, particularly at the Al Dhaid Camel Racing Field.
