Sharjah 24: Brigadier General Ibrahim Al Ajel, Deputy Director General of Police Operations at Sharjah Police (SP), chaired a meeting with representatives from several key partners.
Colonel Hamid Saeed Al Jallaf, Acting Director of the Central Region Police Department; Khalifa Musbah Al Khasuni, Head of Al Dhaid Comprehensive Police; Ali Musa Yousef from the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority; Sultan Mohammed Al Kaabi from the Municipality of Al Madam Region; and Majid Mohammed Saeed Al Muhairi from the Economic Development Department were all present at the meeting.
The meeting reviewed motorcycle accident analytical statistics, security police efforts in collaboration with strategic partners to improve road safety, key challenges and recommendations, and plans and initiatives developed in collaboration with relevant authorities and entities to reduce motorcycle accidents.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Deputy Director General of Police Operations praised strategic partners' efforts to reduce the risks and occurrence of traffic accidents, emphasising the importance of maintaining security efforts and cooperation with relevant entities through regular meetings and awareness campaigns to raise awareness about the dangers of motorbike accidents on the road.
