Sharjah 24: Colonel Sameh Al Halyan, Deputy Director of the Strategy and Performance Development Department at Sharjah Police, met with a delegation from Sharjah's Municipality Affairs Department, led by Ahmed Ali bin Darwish, Director of Strategic Planning. Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Kukhradi, the Secretary of the Director's Office at Sharjah's Municipality Affairs Department, accompanied him.
A number of specialised officers from the Strategy and Performance Development Department attended the meeting. The visit was to learn about Sharjah Police's best practices for adopting quality standards and strategic planning.

Sharjah Police briefed the visiting delegation on its best practices and mechanisms for implementing quality standards and strategic planning, which included strategic plans, monitoring mechanisms, performance indicator management mechanisms, quality systems, administrative process management, and policy management.
The visiting team expressed gratitude to Sharjah Police for their warm welcome and praised their concrete good cooperation in exchanging experiences to accomplish mutual strategic goals, which helps to enhance and improve performance.
