The platform includes Sharjah Children, Sharjah Youth, and Sajaya Young Ladies of Sharjah. The participation aims to achieve sustainable integration between its institutions and introduce the local community to the activities, programs and services provided by the organizations that contribute to building and empowering conscious and influential generations.
Rubu’ Qarn platform will have over 30 events and workshops held in the morning and evening periods, combining culture, arts, life skills, and entertainment for children and young adults aged 6 to 18 years. The aim is to enhance the importance of reading and develop their knowledge, creativity and encourage them to read and learn.
The events include reading sessions, workshops for exciting stories, artistic workshops, theatrical skills workshops, and other creative workshops, to help participants develop their creative imagination and enhance their relationship with books.
The platform will also launch the Reader of the Century Award website, which aims to increase cognitive awareness among children and young adults aged from 6 to 18 years, motivate them to read, and empower them with knowledge.
The Rubu Qarn platform will be located in Pavilion No. 132, Hall No. 6, and is part of its series of participation in various cultural events, through which it seeks to introduce the public and visitors to the festival to the services, programs, and events it provides that contribute to discovering, developing, and refining the capabilities of its members.
