Sharjah 24: The head of the organising committee for the Al Dhaid Ramadan Shooting Championship, Ali Abdullah bin Noma Al-Ketbi, stated that the Al Dhaid Club is eager to host the annual shooting competition during Ramadan. He made the point that the tournament showcases the participants' abilities while encouraging them to participate in the community.

In an interview with "Sharjah 24," Al-Ketbi detailed the four age groups that compete in the championship: juniors (those 14 and under), youths (15–20), men (21–50), and seniors (50 and over).
