Al Dhaid Club concludes the 17th Air Shooting Championship

Sharjah24: Al Dhaid Sports Club successfully concluded the 17th edition of Al Dhaid Air Shooting Championship, where competitions were held in the club hall over two days.
In the General Rifle category, Ibrahim Khalil Ibrahim ranked first; Salem Mohammed Al Yamahi came in second place; while Shorouk Hassan Al Ali came in third place.

In the junior rifle category, Zayed Saleh Hassan came in first place, followed by Fatima Obaid Al Suwaidi in second place, and Mona Hassan Al Hosani came in third place.

In the general pistol category, Ahmed Abdullah Al Amiri stood out, ranking first; Ghaya Shuhail Al Shuhail came in second place; while Salem Muhammad Al Tunaiji came in third place.

As for the junior pistol category, Khalifa Saif Abdullah ranked first, followed by Abdullah Saif Abdullah in second place, and Salem Ali Hassan in third place.

The tournament concluded with prize distribution presented by Sheikh Mohammed bin Maadhad bin Howaiden Al Ketbi, Salem Mohammed bin Howaiden Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Dhaid Club, and Mahir Obaid Al Khayal Al Tunaiji, Managing Director of the Club.

At the conclusion of the honouring, the organising committee was honoured, headed by Ali Abdullah bin Nouma Al Ketbi, as well as the referees Rashid Matar Markhan, Ahmed Ibrahim Al Khouli, Raja Khaled Faisal, and Ahmed Zaki Al Aboudi, secretary of the tournament.

Salem Mohammed bin Howaiden Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Dhaid Club, praised the importance of the tournaments in enhancing youth skills and enhancing the club’s commitment to supporting sports talent. On this occasion Salem Mohammed bin Howaiden Al Ketbi said that the conclusion of the Air Shooting Championship reflects Al Dhaid Sports Club’s commitment to promoting sports talent. Al Ketbi concluded by saying that this type of events represents an opportunity for talented young people to develop their skills and shine in the sport of shooting.

He added that he is proud of the level of participation and performance, and consider this tournament an important step towards enhancing the spirit of competition and building a distinguished sporting generation.
