During the event
Sharjah 24: The Rafid received a delegation from the Ministry of Interior, headed by His Excellency Mohammed Saif Al Zafin, with the aim of reviewing the best practices followed by the company and the activities provided by Rafid in the traffic field and in the field of developing services provided to the public, and the company’s future plans.
The delegation was received by Abdulrahman Al Shamsi, Director of the Accidents Department and Road Assistance Services, His Excellency Colonel Mohammed Ali, Director of the Traffic and Patrols Department at the Sharjah Police General Command, Imran Taryam, Head of the Accidents Department at Rafid, and Captain Saeed Sultan bin Dalmouk, Director of the Accidents Investigation and Planning Branch. 

The delegation reviewed the vehicles used in the field of planning traffic accidents and their equipment, listened to a detailed explanation of the work mechanism at the Rafid Customer Service Centre, an explanation of the work mechanism of the Traffic Investigation Office of the Sharjah Police General Command, and inspected the workflow in the Rafid Communication and Control Centre.

During the visit, they discussed a number of topics of common interest between the two parties, including discussing mechanisms for developing services provided to customers in accordance with best practices followed, in addition to discussing future plans for the projects targeted for the second half of this year. This contributes to providing distinguished and comprehensive services that achieve the highest levels of happiness and satisfaction among the residents and employees of the Emirate, both individuals and companies. 

It is noteworthy that Rafid is one of the Sharjah Asset Management companies, the investment arm of the Sharjah government.
