Engineer Saud Abdulaziz, Director of SEWA's Khorfakkan Department, said the authority places infrastructure projects for new residential areas at the top of its priorities. Technical and engineering teams are working closely with government entities and developers to accelerate progress and ensure the networks are ready before residents move into their new homes.

He said the electricity and water network project is expected to be completed within just one month. He also urged homeowners whose houses have been completed, or are close to completion, to submit applications for utility connections as soon as possible so their requests can be given priority.
