In collaboration with the Sharjah Airport Science and Technology Training Centre, Al Mazmi told “Sharjah 24” that the program has theoretical and practical aspects blended. It includes diverse modules covering flight operations, simulators and their use, as well as field visits to several destinations, providing students with a realistic experience of the work environment in this sector.
She added that the students were selected in partnership with the University of Sharjah, the American University of Sharjah, the Higher Colleges of Technology, and the Sharjah Academy for Private Education, as part of strengthening partnerships with educational institutions and reaching the widest possible segment of young people.
She stressed that investing in youth is an investment in the future of the aviation sector. The program introduces the participants to aviation career opportunities and prepare qualified national talent to thrive in the domain as it grows.
