Sharjah24: The Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation has recently undertaken an initiative to provide professional training opportunities to orphans affiliated with the organization. As part of this endeavour, fourteen orphans have been offered training opportunities in Sharjah Cooperative's branches, located in the city of Sharjah and the Eastern Region. This recent initiative has increased the total number of children trained to 74.
The Director of the Social Prosperity Department, Nawal Al-Hamidi, has expressed her gratitude to Sharjah Cooperative for their cooperation in supporting the foundation's programs and renewing their commitment to train and qualify the organization's children. The training program aims to enhance professional skills development and activate training and development in line with the organization's vision of empowering its orphans. Al-Hamidi has emphasized the need for collaboration between the organization, government, and private agencies to provide professional training opportunities for orphan children.

Hilal Ahmed Al Muharram, the Director of the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department, has highlighted the cooperation and joint work between Sharjah Cooperative and the Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation, which aims to serve the common strategic goal between the two parties in community service. Over the past four years, the cooperative has trained seventy-four young men and women from the organization's members. This year, they have started training fourteen young men and women and plan to allow a significant number of young people to train on basic skills in the retail sector during the second half of this year. The training will focus on sales services, customer services, basic food safety standards, teamwork, and professional cooperation, which will provide them with professional competencies, distinct job opportunities, and the required professional expertise.

The foundation adopts vocational empowerment programs to qualify university graduates who desire job opportunities. It provides them with practical basic skills that serve their career path and enable them to get better job opportunities in the future.
