Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation (SSEF) and the Sharjah Co-op honoured 34 of the Foundation’s children who are trainees in the cooperative’s branches as part of the training and development programme implemented by the foundation with the aim of qualifying and professionally training orphans who are university graduates. This cooperation comes as a result of partnership and cooperation between the two sides in the aspect of professional empowerment to achieve the maximum possible benefit for employees of the foundation.
Nawal Al-Hamedi, Director of the Social Prosperity Department at the Foundation thanked the Sharjah Cooperative for this support and honour and the opportunity to train 26 trainees to obtain vocational training in the branches of the Emirate of Sharjah and 8 children in the branches of the Eastern Region during the current year.
Hilal Ahmed Al-Muharram, Director of the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department, stressed that the cooperation with the Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation has been ongoing for 3 years in the field of development and training and comes in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, which emphasise work within the framework of developing the surrounding community, enhancing the spirit of community initiative, especially in the educational fields, and adopting the best ways to achieve excellence in activating constructive and fruitful cooperation between all institutions.
