Sharjah24: Department of Awqaf participated in the annual Sharjah Light Festival, which represents a prominent event in the emirate. This participation stems from the department's keenness to engage in various community events. The festival is known for its spectacular light displays on the most famous architectural landmarks in Sharjah, spanning 12 days from February 7th to February 18th.

The department participates with a fully equipped mobile unit to receive contributions from benefactors, aiming to promote the concept of endowment (waqf) and enhance active participation and social responsibility. It showcases its endowment projects to encourage and facilitate public engagement in charitable endeavors.
