Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Club men’s handball team won the title of the sixth edition of the UAE-Bahraini Handball Super Cup 2023, for the second time in its history, at the expense of the Bahraini Al-Najma SC, after defeating them 32-31 during the (marathon) match that extended into additional rounds, on Saturday evening, at the Sharjah Sports Club hall in Sharjah.

The Board of Directors of the Sharjah Sports Club, headed by Ali Salem Al Midfa, dedicated this victory and all the achievements of the club’s sports teams to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, in appreciation of the great role and unlimited and continuous support they provide to the club and its players.
