The meeting was attended by Ali Al Muhairi, Board Member, Chairman of the Corporate Communication Committee, and Head of the Organising Committee; Manea Al Naqbi, Programme Director; and Ayman Al Amreen, the club's Executive Director.

Al Shamsi praised the organising team's efforts over the past two weeks and commended the successful delivery of activities that enhanced participants' summer experience.

The committee reviewed achievements from the first phase of the programme, including educational laboratories, interactive workshops, sports and cultural activities across the initiative's six tracks, as well as recreational trips and field visits to develop participants' skills.

Concluding the meeting, Al Shamsi directed the organising committee to maintain the current pace of work and to intensify preparations over the remaining two weeks of the programme, thereby reinforcing “A Holiday Reimagined” as a key initiative within Al Hamriyah Club's summer strategy.
