Sharjah 24: The Supreme Council for Family Affairs (SCFA) in Sharjah celebrated the UAE 52nd Union Day in the presence of Dr. Khawla Abdul Rahman Al Mulla, Chairperson of the Sharjah Family Affairs Authority and Secretary General of the SCFA, and Salha Ghabish, Director of the Cultural and Media Office, other SCFA officials and staff.

In her speech at the event, the Secretary-General of the SCFA, congratulated the wise leadership and the people of the Emirates on this occasion.

The festive included decorating the front of the council with flags, slogans, and heritage sessions. The programme also included performance of two patriotic songs produced by the Cultural and Media Office, and competitions presented by the Family Development Department and its branches. Poet Hamda Al-Awadi recited several patriotic poems on the precious occasion, and the Emirates National School displayed a national show.

An art exhibition to showcase expressive artistic paintings was held on the sidelines of the event.
