Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) organised a training programme titled “Leaders”, aiming at developing leadership skills to contribute to the improvement of SEWA growth in different fields of work.
Fifteen directors and representatives of departments participated in the two-day training programme organised by SEWA at the House of Wisdom, during which a number of topics were discussed, including preparing flexible strategies to deal with challenges and opportunities; analysing indicators; forming and motivating work teams; integrating roles and evaluating performance; and encouraging employees to innovate while benefiting from experiences, and a number of other topics.
The follow-up of the training programme will continue for a period of 6 months through communication programmes until the programme achieves its objectives in developing SEWA leaders.
