The department kicked off the directing workshop on Thursday in Kalba, as part of the Theatrical Show Elements, a pre-event preparation for the Kalba Short Plays Festival 10.
Rajab stated that the workshop was held to attract various groups of professionals and amateurs interested in exploring the elements of theatrical performance.
He added in statements to “Sharjah 24”, that the workshop functions as an additive to the previous workshops in acting and scenography to achieve the desired integration in training at the hands of specialist artists and academics.
The Emirati actor explained that the workshop, which concludes the Theatrical Show Elements course, plays a role in hunting talents in theatrical performance.
