The renewal of the contract with the coach came following the successive successes achieved by the team with him, being crowned during the past season with 4 championships, in a historical precedent for the team and the coach.
The club said on its Twitter account today, Thursday: "We are pleased to announce that the Romanian Caesar Olario Cosmin - the best coach in the history of UAE’s football... continues to lead our team towards successes for the next two seasons."
Cosmin took over the leadership of the Sharjah team two seasons ago, with whom he won the President's Cup twice, the Super Cup and the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup.
