Aisha Hussain Abdullah, Director of the Strategy and Institutional Development Department at SEWA, expressed her happiness for winning the award, which enhances the authority's efforts to achieve its vision of seeking excellence in all fields. She thanked the HBC for its continuous efforts in following up on entities' developments around the world.
She stressed that SEWA is working to enhance the efficiency of its digital infrastructure, reaching the point where all its services will be provided through smart channels, making it easy for its customers to gain access to all its services, anytime and anywhere.However, some prefer to deal with customer services employee directly, so the authority will keep providing services to types of customers within the integrated administrative systems policy to provide its services according to the highest quality standards.
