Sharjah24: The Department of Town Planning and Survey (DTPS) honored on Tuesday at its headquarters in Sharjah, the distinguished employees and specialized committees for the year 2022, in recognition of their unlimited efforts in accomplishing their duties to the fullest and for their dedication and sincerity in work throughout the year.
The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Eng. Khalid bin Butti Al Muhairi, Member of the Executive Council and Head of the Department, His Excellency Eng. Hamad Juma Al Shamsi, Director of the Department, and a group of managers and employees of the headquarters and branches.
During the ceremony, His Excellency Eng. Khalid bin Butti Al Muhairi, member of the Executive Council , confirmed that honoring the distinguished employees stems from the department's keenness to support and motivate employees to be creative and excel in their work and to enhance the spirit of competition in order to develop their personal and functional skills to achieve the strategic objectives of the department.
His Excellency emphasised that the annual honoring of the department's employees is a stimulating factor to encourage employees to achieve more excellence in order to raise the level of work, and reflects the commitment of the Department to support and develop its human resources.
On the sidelines of the ceremony, His Excellency honored the UAE Innovation Month team for the year 2023, in appreciation of its excellence and creativity in organizing the activities of the Innovation Week at the department's headquarters from February 20 to 23, 2023.
