Sharjah24: The Suhaila Suburb Council in Kalba, affiliated to the Department of Suburbs and Villages Affairs of the Government of Sharjah, elected Rashid Saeed Al Kindi as Chairman of the Suhaila Suburb Council, and Ahmed Khalifa Saeed Al Naqbi as Vice-Chairman.
The meeting comes in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah in the Emiri Decree No. 4 of 2023 on forming Suhaila Suburb Council in Kalba, directing to elect the Council’s chairman and a vice-chairman at its first meeting from among its members by either board agreement or direct secret ballot.
The meeting was attended by Sheikh Majid bin Sultan Al Qasimi, member of the Sharjah Executive Council, head of the Sharjah Department of Suburbs and Villages Affairs (SDSVA), and Dr. Abdullah Suleiman Al Kabouri, Director of the Councils Affairs Department, in the presence of several members.
Commenting on this, Rashid Saeed Al Kindi expressed the importance of continuing the steps in order to communicate with the people and work to translate the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr
Rashid Saeed bin Frish Al Kindi, Chairman of the Suhaila Suburb Council, has highlighted the importance of ensuring the communication with the people, in line with the wise directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, lauding the wise vision of His Highness, aiming to establish Suburb Councils that ensure the well-being of all the people.
He also expressed Council's keenness to review the needs of families, and communicating them to the concerned authorities.
