Sharjah 24: Participants in the second session of the Sharjah Contact Centres Forum (SCCF) discussed the impact of emotional Artificial Intelligence technologies on the boom and transformations of contact centres.
The second session of the Sharjah Contact Centres Forum highlighted the importance of including academic programmes specialised in Artificial Intelligence in a more comprehensive manner, and the need to invest in psychological studies to determine the directions of emotional Artificial Intelligence programming.

Titled "Contact Centre Transformations in the Era of Emotional Artificial Intelligence", the second session discussed the concept of emotional cloud computing, areas of application and their impact on the quality of services and operations.

Participants stressed the need to build social thinking in dealing with artificial intelligence and to provide academic programmes that keep pace with the requirements of the labour market in the era of emotional computing.

In her inspirational speech Iman Al-Roudhan, CEO of Zain in Kuwait, emphasised “Innovation in the Digital Environments of Contact Centres” the role of digital innovation in facing challenges and supporting the efficiency of operations and services that enhance corporate reputation.
