Sharjah 24: Participants in the inaugural session of the third Sharjah Contact Centres Forum discussed the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in communication mechanisms and customer orientation.
Dubbed "Digital Communication and the Principle of Correct Guidance", the session deliberated the most important creative communication tools, and how to build an innovative digital environment to serve customers by employing Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, and data integration.
The session was attended by Sheikha Dr. Alia bint Humaid Al Qasimi, a social development expert, Youssef Al Binkhalil, CEO of the National Communication Centre in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and Osama Al Johary, Head of the Information and Decision Support Centre in the Egyptian Council of Ministers. The session was moderated by Aisha Al Ansari.
The participants unanimously agreed on the need to apply advanced technologies capable of understanding the audience, their behaviour and needs.
