Sharjah 24: Eng. Khaled Al Naqbi, Director of the Sharjah Contact Centre affiliated to the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, stated that the Sharjah Contact Centre Forum reviewed a number of distinguished experiences and specialised studies to promote smart services.
In the presence of Tariq Saeed Allay, Director General of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, Dr. Abdul Aziz Al Musallam, Chairman of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage, and Dr. Rashid Khamis Al Naqbi, Chairman of the Khorfakkan Municipal Council, the activities of the third Sharjah Contact Centres Forum Forum kicked off in Khorfakkan on Thursday.
The activities of the forum were witnessed by Alia Al Suwaidi, Director of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, Eng. Fawzia Al Qadhi, Director of Khorfakkan Municipality, and a crowd of officials and employees of government departments and those interested in the call centres sector.
Eng. Khaled Al Naqbi said that the forum, in its third edition, attracted dozens of officials, experts and researchers in the contact centres sector from various Arab and regional countries.
He added that the forum discussed many issues in this context in several dialogue sessions, interactive training courses, in addition to an inspiring speech and practical participation of major specialised companies.
Al Naqbi explained that the wide participation from several countries enhanced the opportunities for exchanging expertise and experiences about the future of call centres in light of the technological boom and rapid developments in the field of artificial intelligence.
