It is equipped with modern systems that increase the efficiency of the building's operation, such as air conditioners with smart sensor units. It is affected by the activity of people. It enhances the air conditioner's work and saves energy according to the thermal situation in the rooms, in addition to using energy-saving LED lighting units, which are in line with green building standards, natural lighting systems such as solar tubes and skylights were used.
