Salem Yousef Al Qaseer, Chairman of the Labour Standards Development Authority in Sharjah, stated that the three-month sixth edition of the Sharjah Labour Sports Tournament will start on January 7, and will be held at Sharjah National Park.
Al Qaseer confirmed to "Sharjah 24" that the number of teams in the first tournament had reached 35, and in the following editions, the number increased to 120 teams. During Corona pandemic, the number was reduced to 97 teams in the 5th edition. The 6th edition will see 120 teams or more.
