Sharjah24: The Arab Theatre Institute announced the end of the deadline for submitting entries in its three competitions for the year 2022 in writing texts for adults, writing texts for children, and scientific research for young people up to 40 year, which ended on September 30, with 486 participations.
Ismail Abdullah, Secretary-General of the Arab Theatre Institute, said that the annual competitions of the Arab Theater constitute scientific and artistic sensors not only in terms of choosing urgent and forward-looking titles, but in terms of raising the voice of young researchers who address the formation of effective and renewed critical visions, according to the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme member council, Ruler of Sharjah.
The winners of these competitions will be announced on January 10, 2023, on the Arab Day of Theater.
