Sharjah24: Students of private schools in Sharjah go to their schools on Monday, marking the start of the new school year 2022-2023 after the Sharjah Private Education Authority completed its preparations early, to ensure the progress of the educational process, and in light of remarkable cooperation between the various components of the school community and parents.
The authority has raised the level of readiness in private education schools, achieving positive indicators in school planning, while appreciating the efforts of the departments and faculty in serving the educational process, and their cooperation to prepare the educational community for a serious start to the new year.
Dr. Muhadditha Al Hashimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Private Education Authority, said, "The education sector receives the attention and support of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Union Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and this is reflected in his unlimited support for this vital and important sector and his keenness to harness the all capabilities to ensure the development and success of the educational process.
She added that the authority prepared early for the launch of the new academic year and took the initiative to hold meetings and implement field visits to ensure the readiness of all schools and the readiness of their facilities and facilities, with the aim of providing an educational and healthy environment that reflects the authority's ability and consolidates the status of Sharjah and its distinguished scientific center, and provides safety and security for the various parties of the educational process.
Ali Al Hosani, Director-General of the Sharjah Private Education Authority, confirmed that they worked according to an integrated plan that had been prepared, as the authority early anticipated the start of the school year, with field visits to schools carried out by the authority’s control teams, with the aim of ensuring their commitment and readiness to receive the new school year in accordance with the standards and conditions followed.
Efficiency and readiness
The Authority's preparations included raising the readiness and efficiency of school transportation performance, with the aim of achieving the highest standards of safety, security and safety for students during the trips to and from school, as it strengthened its implementation of the "Your Children Are Safe Platform" project, which benefits 122 private schools affiliated with the Authority.
The project is characterized by its ability to provide a safe school transportation service, which allows parents to track school buses during the trip to and from school through the smart application, through which the bus supervisor records the students’ boarding and disembarkation from the bus, allowing parents to view it and follow up on their children.
Specialised employees of the authority monitor and follow up on all trips through an operations and control room at the headquarters of the Sharjah Private Education Authority, equipped with four screens through which the specialised employees monitor the performance and data of all buses belonging to the emirate's schools.
