SPEA reviews schools' preparations for 2022- 2023 academic year

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) began, Wednesday, its field visits to a number of private schools in the emirate, to determine the extent of their commitment to the corrective plan for the observations that were previously monitored on some of their facilities and related services, and to check on their preparations for the new academic year 2022- 2023. SPEA will conduct similar visits to other schools during the month of August.
During the visits, the SPEA delegation was briefed on the readiness of classrooms, laboratories and activity rooms for the new academic year, to ensure an appropriate learning environment that would raise the level of educational achievement for students.

The delegation also urged the need to continue to adhere to the precautionary measures related to the Covid-19 pandemic, and to secure a healthy learning environment.

Abdullah Al Marzouqi, the educational advisor and head of the visiting team, confirmed that the SPEA will continue to follow up on schools and provide the necessary support, to enable private educational institutions to commit to their responsibilities towards students and the educational community and to ensure that they receive an outstanding education, and to provide the necessary advice and support in this context, praising schools’ full implementation to the directives of the Authority, which had the greatest impact on the development of the private education system in the Emirate, keeping pace with the educational development witnessed by the Emirate of Sharjah under the unlimited care, support and attention of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
