Sharjah24: As part of the university's commitment to supporting the health of the foundation's members, the Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation’s (SSEF) mobile dental clinic provided dental examinations and necessary treatments to 18 orphans and mothers by doctors and students from the university's College of Dentistry.
Orphan Empowerment Director Nawal Al Hamdi said: "This partnership between the Social Empowerment Foundation and the University of Sharjah is in keeping with the Orphan Empowerment aims." Al Hammadi reaffirmed her belief that the project will improve public health by enhancing the health care system for orphan families.

His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, established the region's first mobile dental clinic in 2016, with the goal of reaching all segments of society that find it difficult to obtain dental services, such as the elderly, people of determination, and orphans in the region, according to the clinic's doctor in charge, Dr Hessa Al Shamsi.
