In his fourteenth episode of the programme, broadcast on Friday, Dr. Sajwani indicated that a third of society suffers from back pain due to the lack of movement and sitting longer hours. daily.
Sajwani added that during the blessed month of Ramadan, most people stay longer hours at their homes during the day, which greatly increases joint and back pain.
Dr. Adil Sajwani continued that the person’s failure to go out in the sun increases joint pain, so movement should be increased even if one is sitting at home by practicing simple, light exercises that do not tire him during the fasting period and make you feel thirsty. He advised people to intensify their movement and exercises after breaking their fast, and maintain the level of vitamin D in their bodies according to doctor’s advice.
