Dr. Adil talked about the possibility of fasting in Ramadan for those with heart diseases and blood pressure issues, but on the condition that they take their medications on time and consult their doctors.
He explained that if the patient takes medicine once a day, it will be after iftar, and if it is twice a day, then two times between iftar and suhoor. Some patients, especially with heart diseases, take blood thinners and need large amounts of fluids, so they mustn't fast if the doctor asks them not to fast.
