After the end of Ramadan, Dr. Adil said that many people go and see doctors to do tests, and they get surprised by the high level of cholesterol and harmful fats they have.
He pointed out that various meals in Ramadan contain large percentages of fat and oils of all kinds; even olive oil, when used excessively, may raise fat and cholesterol. Therefore, he advises everyone to consume a moderate amount of fat during Ramadan and stay away from fast food, and fried food for high cholesterol is a significant cause of clots, especially among young people.
