Dr. Adil said that high blood sugar is something that is self-evident to many people after the end of the month of Ramadan due to the dinners in Ramadan that contains various dishes that are categorized as desserts along with juices. The desserts and jucies raise the sugar level in the blood significantly and consume the insulin found in the pancreas, so there are many cases of diabetes after the end of Ramadan.
Therefore, Dr. Adil suggests not to consume a great amount of sugar during Ramadan and only consume moderate proportions.
