Sharjah 24: Gulf Educational Centre for Arabic Studies in Sharjah, affiliated to the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States launched a series of programmes and events on the occasion of the Gulf Talent and Creativity Day 2022, that target students, parents and specialists in the field of Arabic language and will continue until the ninth of March 2022.
The programmes are held remotely, and include a series of training workshops and events, including a lecture on "Developing talent and linguistic creativity skills among students in the public education ", and a workshop on "Developing and nurturing talented and creative students in the field of poetry".
A poetry evening was also organised for talented students in the field of poetry, a workshop entitled: "Development and care for talented and creative students in the field of Arabic calligraphy", and a virtual exhibition of students' productions in the field of Arabic calligraphy, in addition to a workshop entitled: "Development and care of talented and creative students in the field of Story” and a presentation of the talented students’ productions in the field of story writing.
His Excellency Dr. Issa Al Hammadi, Director of the Educational Centre for the Arabic Language in Sharjah, confirmed that the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States celebrate the Gulf Talent and Creativity Day in support and care of talented and creative people, and in support of the programmes provided to them.
His Excellency Dr. Issa Al Hammadi explained that such events are organised to discover their abilities and areas of creativity, working to direct them in the right direction, and encouraging them to be more creative and innovative.
