Sharjah 24: Sharjah Department of Public Works (SDPW) shared the joys of the Emirati leadership and people by celebrating Flag Day.
The Department hoisted the UAE flag in the presence of Eng. Ali bin Shaheen Al Suwaidi, Executive Council Member and Chairman of SDPW, and other employees.
Al Suwaidi stressed that the Department's celebration of the Flag Day reflects the solid cohesion of the UAE citizens and their loyalty to the wise leadership. The UAE flag sets an example among nations in unity, progression, and development.
The celebration included several activities, most notably the preparation of an introductory video on the patriotic and symbolic meaning of Flag Day.
