Sharjah24: The Department of Public Works (SDPW) in Sharjah has completed the development works in Al Barir, Suhaila and Al Tayba kindergartens in the central region, as part of Sharjah Government's efforts to provide the best educational opportunities for students at all stages, and to meet the needs of the various regions of the emirate, including schools and kindergartens.
Muhammad Bin Yarouf, Director of the Branches Department, emphasised that SDPW is keen to provide an appropriate educational environment aligned with international standards for kindergartens, and is also in line with the developmental early learning standards for kindergartens from 3 to 6 years old, which it worked on preparing in coordination with the competent authorities.
The works included a complete review of the infrastructure and facilities in order to serve schools and nurseries as required, stressing that maintenance operations are carried out in accordance with sustainability standards and green building requirements.
