The gathering took place in the form of a round table where female leaders talked about existing issues in the workplace and new issues women may face. It was a fantastic chance for them to learn from one another's experiences as trailblazers and to broaden the scope of their constructive cooperation with other women in leadership roles in Sharjah institutions.
The networking also allowed the skills and talents of female managers to be motivated to excel in whatever role they may pursue. The elimination of oppression depends on harmony.
