Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Municipality (SM) held a coordination meeting in its main building in Al Musalla area with the judges of the rental dispute settlement committees in the Emirate.
Such efforts are in line with the visions and directions of the Emirate of Sharjah in providing the best services to residents and visitors, and relying on digital transformation to provide all services and complete various transactions with speed.
This came in the presence of the Legal Department, to discuss many plans, goals and aspirations to ensure the provision of high quality services, especially to tenants and landlords.
Counselor Dr. Mansour bin Nassar, Head of the Legal Department in the Sharjah Ruler's Office, Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi, Head of the Sharjah Court, Obaid Saeed Al Tunaiji, Director General of the Municipality, and a number of officials, attended the meeting.
Counselor Dr. Mansour bin Nassar praised this meeting and the great cooperation that the municipality performs with the concerned authorities and its role in looking into all issues of rental disputes, working to overcome the obstacles and challenges facing owners and tenants.
For his part, Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi confirmed that the cooperation between the rental dispute settlement committees in the Emirate reflects the role played by each of them, especially the facilitation of services provided by the municipality to all parties, including judges, as it provided them with all the tools and capabilities necessary to consider cases and overcome obstacles.
In the same context, Obaid Saeed Al Tunaiji stressed that this meeting reflects the municipality’s keenness to enhance cooperation with all entities in the Emirate to integrate roles in achieving visions and aspirations and providing all services in a digital way that facilitates and completes customers’ transactions with the necessary speed and accuracy.
