Sharjah 24: Sharjah Institute for Heritage (SIH) participates in the 30th Abu Dhabi International Book Fair (ADIBF) , held from 23 to 29 May 2021, with more than 300 books in various areas of cultural heritage, history, culture and anthropology, including the most recent publications.
His Excellency Dr. Abdul Aziz Al Musallam, Chairman of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage said that publishing such quality books and publications is part of the Institute's comprehensive and integrated cultural vision aimed at providing the cultural arena with valuable scientific outputs.  

He confirmed that publications take into account scientific standards and academic disciplines recognised in the field of publishing, consistent with Sharjah cultural projectand in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, which aims to build bridges of knowledge through selecting books that enrich the Emirati and Arab library.

Al Musallam confirmed that the Institute works to enrich the cultural arena, the Emirati and Arab library with rich books in the fields of culture, thought, history, and anthropology, indicating that the Institute participation is the first of its kind in the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair. 

Commenting on this, Dr. Mani Bounama, Director of the Content and Publishing Department at the Sharjah Institute for Heritage indicated that the SIH took rapid steps in the field of publishing, which confirms an excellence in the book industry, and disseminating knowledge within the integrated vision of the Institute.

Dr. Mani Bounama  concluded that SIH participation is very important informing researchers, writers, and observers about the Institute's efforts in publishing according to scientific standards, academically recognised in research and study.
