Sharjah 24: Salem Ali Al Muhairi, Chairman of the Sharjah Municipal Council (SMC), explained that the Agriculture and Environment Sector in Sharjah Municipality (SM) implements the future plans of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.

Al Muhairi stated that the opening of Al Nouf 2 Park, on Sunday, is an addition to the efforts of the SMC, to increase the green area in Sharjah.

In an exclusive interview with "Sharjah 24", Al Muhairi stated that the municipality is implementing large agricultural projects in which they reflect the beauty of Sharjah. There are 2.5 million square meters of green areas, 30 various kinds of trees, and 600,000 flowers.
