The 156.5-kilometre stage took riders from Geneva, Switzerland, to Poligny, France, with UAE Team ADQ's leading riders finishing safely in the front group.
Blasi continued to top the young rider standings, underlining her consistent performances during the opening stages of the race.
The stage was won by Norway's Sigrid Ytterhus Haugset of Uno-X Mobility, who launched a solo attack with 88 kilometres remaining and held off the chasing pack to secure her first Tour de France Femmes stage victory and take the yellow jersey as the overall race leader.
Belgium's Lotte Kopecky of SD Worx–Protime finished second.
Blasi said she was delighted to retain the white jersey for the third consecutive day.
"I'm very happy to retain the white jersey because it means a lot to me. It will be special to wear it again in the individual time trial, and I'll give everything I have to keep it for another day," she said.
