Sharjah 24: In line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, aimed at providing a positive and supportive work environment for employees and their families, His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, welcomed members of the Little Policeman Early Childhood Centre as part of the Back to School activities.

The event was attended by Major General Dr Ali Ahmed Balzoud, Director General of the General Department of Resources and Support Services, Iman Zaid, Director of the Centre, and a number of officers and personnel.

Expanding the Little Policeman project

The Little Policeman Nursery project, launched last year, has undergone a significant expansion with the establishment of the Little Policeman Early Childhood Center.

The initiative aims to strengthen family stability and enhance the quality of work life for Sharjah Police personnel.

Facilities for children

The center features fully equipped kindergarten classrooms with a capacity of up to 30 children, as well as nursery classrooms for children aged three months to four years, accommodating up to 100 children.

The facilities provide a safe and comprehensive educational environment designed to meet children's needs at different stages of development.

Balancing work and family life

Lieutenant General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer said the development of the project into a comprehensive early childhood center reflects Sharjah Police's commitment to supporting the children of its personnel.

He added that the center provides an institutional framework combining care and education, helping employees balance work demands with family responsibilities.

Back-to-school activities

During his tour, Lieutenant General Abdullah inspected the classrooms, educational resources and modern equipment.

The visit also featured recreational and interactive activities aimed at helping children prepare for a positive start to the new academic year.
