Dr Al Naqbi said the exhibition speaks to something UKF has always tried to do well: preparing its graduates properly, then giving them the tools to walk into the job market with confidence rather than uncertainty. Putting students in the same room as employer representatives, he said, does more than fill vacancies. It creates relationships that can support a career long after the exhibition itself is over.
Talking to “Sharjah24,” Dr Al Naqbi described the exhibition as an interactive space rather than a static jobs fair. Graduates and jobseekers walk away having seen the roles on offer but, more importantly, having heard first-hand what skills and qualities employers are hunting for right now. That kind of insight, he added, makes people genuinely more employable and feeds into a bigger picture: building up national talent that can carry its weight in the UAE's development.
