Sharjah24: As part of its ongoing efforts to support national talent and enhance their readiness to join the labour market, the Sharjah Department of Human Resources has launched the third batch of the Sharjah Programme for Training and Qualifying Job Seekers. Yousef Yaqoub Al Mansouri, Director of the Department of Human Resources in Khorfakkan, said the programme aims to train, qualify and integrate job seekers into government work environments.
SDHR  has launched the third batch of the Sharjah Programme for Training and Qualifying Job Seekers, in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. The programme aims to train, qualify and integrate job seekers into government work environments.

Yousef Yaqoub Al Mansouri, stated that the programme includes a range of qualifying courses that support participants during their practical field training, helping them develop practical skills and prepare for the labour market.

In statements to Sharjah 24, Al Mansouri said the third batch includes 410 male and female job seekers from across the Emirate of Sharjah, including 195 participants from the Eastern Region, representing various academic disciplines. He stressed that the programme forms part of ongoing efforts to support national talent and enhance their readiness to join the labour market.

Al Mansouri added that the programme will run for six months, from 1 July to 31 December 2026, with each trainee receiving a monthly allowance of AED 6,000 throughout the programme. He also praised the cooperation of government institutions and entities in ensuring the programme's success and supporting efforts to prepare job seekers for employment.
